Change in HYPRED shareholding

We are proud to announce that HYPRED is changing its shareholder structure. On 1st November 2016, the independent private investment company Ardian finalised its acquisition of our company, previously owned by the Roullier Group.

This transaction fits perfectly within the framework of our development strategy, namely to accelerate our growth internationally and to intensify our investments, particularly in R&D in the areas of bio-security (detergents and disinfectants) and nutritional supplements for farm animals, to enable us to position ourselves amongst the world leaders in these markets in the long term.

This strategy will furthermore involve augmenting existing sites and be based on a policy of acquisition in complementary geographical areas or sectors. The first specific project will be the renovation of our innovation centre in Dinard, comprising research laboratories and test and application centres on the same site, which should be completed during 2017.

HYPRED has never stopped developing over 30 years, and has succeeded in establishing itself as European leader in its area. Ardian’s expertise, support and network all point to excellent prospects for growth.

Ardian has an ambitious development strategy for our company, and, in conjunction with our team of dedicated employees, will be a real partner in advancing our international presence and strengthening our innovation potential.

This collaboration will allow us to focus on major new projects, working together in accordance with the values and expertise of our core businesses.
